On the outside it has a large swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 spacious bedrooms and 465 sq. meters of property. Even though the location of the villa is isolated; it is close to everything you might require such as Chania airport, beach, shops and restaurants. Also there are two wonderful sandy beaches and several choices for taverns and shops where you can go on foot. A yacht can stop in front of the villa and this make door to door cruising possible. The owner stays in a house near villa Efzin on the same hill and can be very helpful with advice whene needed.
