In perimetrul fostei fabrici de armament de la Orastie s-a pastrat spiritul barbatesc si atmosfera de cazarma, dar s-a inlocuit instructia cu distractia: fara plantoane, fara trezire cu trompetist, fara taras pe coate, doar program de voie.

RO Pe cat de disciplinati sunt chelnerii, pe atat de "indisciplinat" este meniul. Fasolea cazona la cazan e acum depasita numeric de felurite bucate. Pe stil vanatoresc: gratar la foc de tabara cu cartofi copti in jar sau pe stil ardelenesc, faimosii virsli de Brad ori de Salasu, balmos ori branza framantata, placinte traditionale umplute cu varza, ceapa, carne sau prune. Turul de forta in bucataria locala nu se poate incheia fara un strop de afinata sau tuica (permise acum in unitate). /
EN As disciplined as the waiters are, so "undisciplined" is the menu.
